Heritage Financial of Ojai - Heritage Financial is owned by local Ojai residents Wanda Sisk Martin and Nita Reid Tracy. Our combined experience in Real Estate loans, title insurance and the escrow industry covers many, many years. We have been at the same location near downtown Ojai for 15 years. Our goal is to create clients for life. 90% of our business is comprised of referral and repeat borrowers and local Realtors. Being an active member and past President of our local Optimist Club, most of our advertising funds are spent on youth related programs.
