Villanova Preparatory School
Villanova Preparatory School is a Catholic, co-educational, day and boarding school where cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic diversity are welcomed and embraced. Founded in 1924, Villanova is the only Augustinian co-ed boarding school in the United States. Villanova has 35 faculty members and more than 50% of the faculty hold advanced degrees. The student-faculty ratio is 8:1, with an average class size of 15. The 2003-04 enrollment totals 290, with approximately one-third boarding students. Day students come to Villanova from Ventura and Santa Barbara counties while boarding students represent 10 countries.
